VPNHF (“the Service”) provides cross-border network acceleration and international route access on a subscription basis. The terms below describe what the service covers, how it may be used and where responsibility lies; if you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.
Service scope and coverage
The service provides cross-border network acceleration across 100+ countries and 180+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Subscriptions come in two forms:
- Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets every month on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated over the remaining days.
- Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Use them until they run out — they never expire.
Payment is accepted via Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. The service covers route access and the client software only; it does not control third-party website content and makes no commitment about the availability of third-party services themselves.
Account and subscription usage rules
Registration needs only a username and password — no email address required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe; any loss caused by leaked or shared credentials is borne by the account holder.
A single subscription supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but only for your own use or devices within the same household. Reselling, renting out or lending the account or subscription link is prohibited, as is using the subscription to provide proxy or acceleration services to others on a resale basis, or abusing the service through automated bulk registration, credential stuffing or scanning.
The service may investigate unusual logins and traffic patterns and, where necessary, ask users to explain their usage.
Acceptable use requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their own location and of the location where the service is used, as well as the terms of any third-party service they access. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, including but not limited to infringing the rights of others, distributing illegal content, attacking networks or information systems, or violating intellectual property rights.
Availability of cross-border access depends on the network environment and local regulations in the user's location, and users should judge for themselves whether a particular use is appropriate. Users bear the consequences and legal responsibility for any breach of the requirements above; the service may, after verification, restrict or terminate the relevant account.
Service availability and liability limits
The service is provided as is. Reasonable efforts are made to keep routes stable and clients working, but no specific bandwidth, latency figures or zero downtime are guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, upstream route changes and carrier policy changes may cause brief interruptions.
Inability to access caused by your local network, device, operating system version or changes made by third-party services is outside the scope of the service's responsibility. The service is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, power outages or backbone network failures.
Client software is provided in its current version. Known issues are fixed on an ongoing basis, but the software is not guaranteed to run without defects on every device and system version.
Account termination and refunds
You may stop using the service at any time. A full refund can be requested within 60 days of your first payment, no questions asked; see the refund policy for the exact conditions and how to apply.
The service may restrict or terminate an account in the following cases: reselling or sharing the subscription, using the service for unlawful purposes, abusing resources in a way that affects other users, or registering under someone else's identity. For accounts terminated immediately for serious violations, the unused portion is handled according to the refund policy.
Once an account is terminated, the subscription link and client configuration stop working; see the Privacy Policy for how related data is handled.
Term changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the scope of the service, payment channels or regulatory requirements. Updated terms are published on this page and the last-updated date at the top is changed accordingly; material changes affecting rights and obligations will be flagged prominently on the site. Continuing to use the service after changes are published means you accept the new terms.
If you have questions about these terms, submit them through the ticket portal in your user panel; once signed in you can also view your current plan and expiry date on the orders and subscriptions page. Disputes should be resolved through negotiation first.
These terms, together with the refund policy and the privacy policy, form the complete agreement between the user and the service. If any individual provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
